Soluna compares the sleep you actually got over the last 14 nights against your personalized sleep need. The running shortfall is your sleep debt. Because it's a rolling window, a single late night won't tank your score — and a couple of good nights will visibly pay it down.
What exactly is the energy curve?add
It's a forecast of your alertness across the day, built from two things: your circadian rhythm (your internal clock) and your current sleep pressure. The result is a smooth curve with a morning peak, an afternoon dip, and an evening second wind — so you can plan focus, movement, and rest around your real biology.
